Account and data deletion
Delete your Artilink account and data
This page lets technicians using the Artilink mobile app request the deletion of their account and personal data. Requests are handled by the Artilink administration team, free of charge, within 30 days.
App: Artilink, published by Artilink Group LLC. You can also start the same request directly from the app, under Profile then Settings then Delete my account.
How it works
- 1Submit the requestFill in the form below with the email address linked to your Artilink technician account.
- 2Identity checkThe administration team verifies that the request comes from the account owner, using that email address.
- 3Deletion within 30 daysYour account and data are deleted, and you receive a written confirmation by email.
What is deleted
- Technician profile: name, email address, phone number, photo, trades and coverage areas
- Sign-in credentials and mobile app sessions
- Location history and GPS tracking points
- Field reports, photos and documents you uploaded
- In-app messages and notifications linked to your account
What we must keep, and for how long
- Invoices, quotes and accounting records: kept for up to 10 years, as required by law, then deleted
- Intervention records that belong to the company you worked for: kept for the company's own legal and contractual needs, with your personal identifiers removed
- Anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you: kept without time limit
